The Crossroads companies were formed in late 2019 with the goal of buying mature, operated oil and gas assets in the Permian Basin region.  The corporate office is located in Midland.
We closed our first major acquisition in early 2020 with an effective date of 1/1/2020 and took over operations in March.  The properties purchased were previously owned and operated by Apache and are located in Borden, Fisher, Scurry, and Kent counties.  The operations office is located in Ira, Texas and we have been blessed with great people from the area that have adapted to the changes resulting from the ownership change, but also the challenging times that began in early 2020.
We started with two people in 2019 and are proud of our team that now includes 15 hard working folks across all business functions.  We continue to seek quality properties for acquisition and look forward to more stable times for our industry ahead.
